Self cleaning strainers
TN strainer 166-3
This strainer can be used for all kinds of liquids, from solvents to high viscous pastes, both as prefilter and as a final filter. The liquid to be filtered flows outwards through a straining element with 0,025 - 5 mm aperture. The solids remain inside the element which is kept clean by continously rotating scrapers. The solids are collected at the bottom and can be removed through the drain valve. Closed process for a better environment. Existing applications: latexes, latex paints, thixotropic paints and lacquers, alkyd paints, glues, adhesives, oils water, PVC-foam, plastisols, detergents, rust protection oils, resins and many other products.

Filters
Automatic Valve System
This system monitors your filtration process, enabling the filter to run efficiently with minimum operator involvement. This will save you time and cost in your production.
The system uses two pressure sensors mounted on the inlet and outlet connection that allows the system to monitor the differential pressure across the filter element. The system can be programmed to open the motorized valve when a maximum differential pressure is reached, on a timed basis or both.
Our system is controlled by a PLC Controller that enables you to easily make adjustments on when the valve should open.

Cribatec AB (former Largo Teknik AB), established in 1991, is specialized in the development, production and marketing of the well- known self-cleaning TN-strainer. The production of the TN-strainer started already in 1968 by TN-Svets AB. The TN-strainer and the prefilter GF have been further developed to suit the needs from the market and there are today more than 800 units around the world.
